Harley was a drug enforcement K9 for the Seymour Police Department. When he died they had this etch photo memorial plaque made. 1996-2008. Harley ~ Seymour Texas Police Drug Dog The singer Wayland “Shooter” Jennings who wrote “Busted in Baylor County” The song was written about Harley! This song was the opening song for the movie “Dukes of Hazard County”
